Greevey and Logan discover that an abused child, Didi Lowenstein, has a cocaine addict mother, Carla, who is also abused by Jacob, her psychotherapeutic drug-addicted husband. Detectives investigate the doctor`s troubled past, while prosecutors use a new tactic after the child`s death. The percentage of approved Tomatometer critics who gave this film a positive review of Captain Cragen finds itself in the crosshairs of an internal investigation for manipulation of evidence, and the DA office is forced to put it in a precarious position to implicate the conspirators.
